Yene Jobs does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment. Job seekers should independently verify employers and should be careful when sharing personal information or making payments.
4. Employers
Employers must provide accurate company information and genuine job opportunities when using Yene Jobs.
Employers are responsible for providing accurate job titles, descriptions, requirements, salary information, work locations, deadlines, and contact information.
Employers must comply with applicable Ethiopian laws and must not use Yene Jobs to promote fraudulent, illegal, discriminatory, or misleading employment opportunities.
Employers must not request illegal payments or fees from applicants as a condition of employment.
5. Employer Verification
Yene Jobs may review company information, business licenses, and other documents before approving an employer or providing a verified badge.
A verified badge means that Yene Jobs has completed its verification process based on the information and documents provided by the employer. It does not mean that Yene Jobs guarantees the employer, its business activities, or every job posted by that employer.
6. Job Posting Fees
Employers may be required to pay a fee to publish a job vacancy on Yene Jobs.
Payment must be made using the payment methods provided by Yene Jobs, and employers may be required to submit proof of payment.
Yene Jobs reserves the right to reject or delay a job posting if payment cannot be verified or if the job does not meet our requirements.
7. Job Posting Approval and Removal
Yene Jobs reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, edit, or remove any job posting or employer account that violates these Terms & Conditions or appears to be fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or harmful to users.
Yene Jobs may remove content without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the platform.
8. Applications and Employment
Yene Jobs provides a platform for connecting employers and job seekers. Yene Jobs is not the employer and is not a party to any employment agreement between an employer and an applicant.
Employers are responsible for their recruitment decisions, interviews, job offers, contracts, salaries, working conditions, and employment relationships.
9. Payments and Refunds
All payments for Yene Jobs services must follow the payment instructions provided by Yene Jobs.
Job posting fees may be non-refundable after a job has been reviewed, approved, or published, except when Yene Jobs determines that a refund is appropriate.
